D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) Program

Harry is a retired OPP officer who is leading the D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) Program in Ontario. D.A.R.E. is a program that teaches youth skills to build self-confidence and saying no to drugs.
