Join the Rotary Club of Alliston on April 9, 2012 as we celebrate service in our community by presenting the Elgin Blakely Citizen of the Year Award. The Rural/Urban dinner will be held at the Gibson Centre, with the reception at 6:00 pm and dinner at 6:45 pm. Ticjets are $40.
